After a long and fulfilling career in data, analytics, and AI for the tech and life sciences industries, I stepped away from the B2B world in 2022 to pursue a deeply personal mission. That mission became Lipi Inc., a passion project using technology and AI to bring the wisdom of The Mahabharata and other global epics to younger generations through modern digital platforms. Today, I’m thrilled to announce that our flagship app “Lipi Epics & Word Games” an interactive Mahabharata learning app with fun word games in English and Indian languages is officially available on iOS and Android!

Why We Chose the Mahabharata for Lipi Epics & Word Games
Why focus on Mahabharata: Over the past two years, I’ve spoken with hundreds of people across schools, focus groups, and communities, and discovered a common truth: almost everyone wants to learn the Mahabharata, yet very few have actually completed it. In fact, less than 1% of people I spoke to had read all 18 Parvas (chapters) from start to finish. The challenge was clear — how do we make one of the world’s most complex and timeless Indian epics easier to understand and explore, while preserving its depth, wisdom, and beauty? This is the problem that inspired us to create the Lipi Epics learning app, where the Mahabharata becomes engaging, accessible, and interactive for modern learners.

- A Visual Learning Journey: A guided, parva-by-parva visual exploration of the Mahabharata. Learners can progress at their own pace with clear visuals, summaries, and context. Designed for modern learners who want structured storytelling without losing depth.
