• Managed through respective app store accounts

4.3 Refunds

Refunds are governed by:

Lipi does not independently process refunds except where required by law.

4.4 Promotions

Promotions are time-limited and subject to additional terms.

5. Privacy

Your use of the Services is governed by our Privacy Policy, available separately on our website and app.

6. Content & Intellectual Property

All Lipi content (text, logos, images, audio, video, software) is owned by Lipi or its licensors and protected by law.

6.2 User-Generated Content (UGC)

You retain ownership of UGC but grant Lipi a worldwide, royalty-free, transferable license to use it for Services.

6.3 Content Moderation

We may review, modify, or remove content that violates these T&C or applicable laws.

7.1 Word Games

We may update, modify, or discontinue any Service at any time with reasonable notice.

7.5 Epic Content Disclaimer (Ramayana & Mahabharata)

7.5.1 Purpose

Epic content is provided solely for educational, cultural, and entertainment purposes and is not intended to promote or challenge any religious beliefs.

7.5.2 No Authority Claim

Lipi does not claim religious, historical, spiritual, or scholarly authority. Interpretations may vary across traditions.

7.5.3 Source Disclaimer

Content is based on publicly available sources and may include simplified or adapted representations for learning and gameplay.

7.5.4 Respect for Sentiments

Lipi respects the cultural and religious significance of the Ramayana and Mahabharata and has no intention to offend or misrepresent.

7.5.5 User Responsibility

Users are encouraged to exercise discretion and report concerns.
